Yogurt French Dressing Ingredients
- Tear the spinach into bite-size pieces. Place the spinach, tomatoes and croutons in a salad bowl. Spoon over the dressing and gently toss to coat leaves. Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
- Place all the ingredients in a jar with a screw-top lid. Shake until thoroughly blended. Taste and adjust the seasonings if necessary. Alternatively, place ingredients in a bowl and stir until well combined.
SERVES 4 VARIATIONS
- For Garlic and Yogurt French Dressing add 1-2 peeled and crushed garlic cloves.
- For Fresh Herb Yogurt French Dressing, add 2-4 tablespoons finely chopped fresh herbs
