- NON-DELIVERY: Once an order is dispatched from EasiYo we cannot be held responsible for situations of non delivery outside our control. No refunds will be issued.
- DELIVERY ADDRESS: If you require delivery to an address other than your stated delivery address, there could be a need to contact you due to customs or extra postal costs involved in the change of delivery address.
- NEW ZEALAND: Please allow up to 10 working days for orders within New Zealand, Products are delivered by courier services only.
- UK DELIVERIES: Please allow up to 5 working days for orders to the UK and up to 10 working days for orders to Europe
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: If placing an international order with us, it is incumbent upon the customer to check with their authorities to ascertain whether our products are able to be imported, and also if there are any extra customs charges to be imposed. We are not responsible for any extra charges and do not offer any refunds once the order has been dispatched.
- IMPORT DUTIES: Due to postage/import duty constraints in various countries, it may be difficult for us to forward product to you. These circumstances are outside our control and we do apologise. If you have paid online, and a problem does occur, we will contact you and if necessary refund your money.
- FORWARD DESTINATIONS: We cannot post goods to 'landing-destination' addresses for yachts, or people in transit.
- PACKAGING: While every care has been taken to ensure product information is correct, food products are constantly being reformulated, so ingredients,nutrition content, dietary and allergens may change. You should always read the product label and not rely solely on the information provided on the website.
