5 a Day Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, peeled (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup mixed berries
  • 1 orange, peeled and deseeded (or ½ cup orange juice)
  • 20ml chai syrup/ 1 Tbsp chai powder - or substitute with ½ tsp cinnamon, pinch of nutmeg and 1 tsp golden syrup)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup unsweetened plant based milk
  • 1 cup EasiYo Plant Based Original Yogurt
  • 1 scoop Double Shot Nutrient Rescue

Method

Blend all ingredients together until smooth and enjoy!
