Cheesy Potato Bake - EasiYo NZ


  • butter for greasing
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and finely sliced
  • 25g butter, cut into small pieces
  • ¾ cup EasiYo Natural Yogurt
  • ¼ cup cream
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 4 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.  Grease a large, shallow ovenproof dish.
  2. Dry the potato slices thoroughly with clean paper towels.
  3. Layer them in the dish placing a little butter in between each layer.
  4. Whisk together the yogurt and cream and pour over the potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle with the pepper and grated cheese.  Bake for 45 minutes or until tender and golden.
  6. Serve immediately.
