Blue Cheese and Sage Scones
Ingredients
- 2 cups EasiYo Greek Style Unsweetened Yogurt
- 2 ½ cups self-raising flour
- 1 ½ cups of cheddar cheese, grated (reserve a little for sprinkling on top)
- ½ cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp sage, chopped
- Pinch salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 200 ̊C and line an oven tray with baking paper.
- Combine flour, salt, sage and both cheddar and blue cheese in a bowl. Add yogurt and bring together with a knife to make a soft dough.
- Form 8-10 portions onto the prepared tray and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Flatten lightly and bake until cooked through and golden, about 15-20 minutes.
