Creamy Pesto

Creamy Pesto - EasiYo NZ

  • 2-3 cloves garlic, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • ½ cup chopped parsley
  • ½ cup chopped basil
  • 4 Tbsp pine nuts
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 1 cup drained (8-10 hours) EasiYo Greek Style Unsweetened Yogurt
  • extra pine nuts and parsley to garnish


  1. Place the garlic, parsley, basil, pine nuts, oil, mustard (if using) and pepper in a food processor. Process until the mixture forms a paste.
  2. Transfer to a serving bowl and stir in the drained yogurt.
  3. Garnish with the extra pine nuts and parsley and serve with cheese twists.
