Creamy Pesto
Ingredients
- 2-3 cloves garlic, peeled and coarsely chopped
- ½ cup chopped parsley

½ cup chopped basil
- 4 Tbsp pine nuts
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 cup drained (8-10 hours) EasiYo Greek Style Unsweetened Yogurt
- extra pine nuts and parsley to garnish
Method
- Place the garlic, parsley, basil, pine nuts, oil, mustard (if using) and pepper in a food processor. Process until the mixture forms a paste.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and stir in the drained yogurt.
- Garnish with the extra pine nuts and parsley and serve with cheese twists.
