Crunchy Miso Slaw

Crunchy Miso Slaw | EasiYo NZ

Ingredients
  • ¼ red cabbage
  • 4-6 radishes
  • ½ broccoli
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/3 cup EasiYo Greek Style Unsweetened yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp light olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp white miso
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Pinch salt and pepper
  • Lemon

Method

Thinly slice the cabbage and radishes and grate the broccoli and carrot into a bowl.  Add the seeds and toss together.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients before mixing through the slaw.

Serve slaw with a squeeze of lemon.
