Iced Coffee

Iced Coffee - EasiYo NZ

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 heaped teaspoon instant coffee or 1 shot espresso
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • ¼ cup EasiYo Natural Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla ice cream (optional)
  • coffee or cocoa powder to garnish

Method

  1. Blend together the milk, coffee, sugar, yogurt and ice cream, if using.
  2. Pour into a chilled glass and sprinkle the coffee or cocoa on top to garnish.
