Garlic Herb Butter
Ingredients
- ¾ cup butter, cubed and softened
- ¼ cup EasiYo Greek Style Unsweetened yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp rosemary, chopped
- 2 tsp parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Line a strainer with a clean fabric cloth and place on top of a bowl. Put the yogurt into the cloth and leave to hang in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
- Take the strained yogurt and pulse with the butter and garlic together in a food processor until smooth (around 1-2 minutes).
- Add herbs, salt and pepper and pulse until just combined.
- Serve soft in a dish alongside crusty bread or roll up into a log and refrigerate.
