Post workout smoothie - EasiYo NZ

Ingredients 

  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup EasiYo Vanilla Yogurt
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ½ tsp tumeric

Method

  1. Place the peeled banana into the blender. 
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. 
  3. Pour into a glass and serve immediately
