Spiced Vanilla Brandy Snaps - EasiYo NZ

Ingredients

  • 16 brandy snaps (store bought, or make your own)
  • 1 cup cream
  • ½ cup EasiYo Vanilla yogurt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • Icing sugar to dust (optional)

Method

  1. Use an electric mixer to whisk all ingredients in a small bowl until soft peaks form.
  2. Spoon cream into a piping bag fitted with a fluted nozzle or make a piping bag out of a plastic bag with the end snipped off.
  3. Pipe the cream into each brandy snap, dust with icing sugar and serve immediately.
