Sundried Tomato & Feta Dip - EasiYo NZ


  • 2 cups EasiYo Greek Style Unsweetened Yogurt
  • ½ cup sundried tomatoes
  • ½ cup feta
  • 1 clove garlic, diced
  • Pinch salt


  1. Line a strainer or sieve with a clean fabric cloth or muslin and place on top of a bowl. Pour yogurt onto the cloth and leave to strain in the fridge overnight.
  2. Take the strained yogurt and add with all remaining ingredients to a food processor or blender and blitz until smooth.
  3. Season to taste and serve with your favorite crackers or vegetable platter or cover and chill in the fridge and keep for up to 3 days.
