Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats - EasiYo NZ

Ingredients   

  • 2 cups grainy cereal or muesli
  •  cups water
  • 1 cup EasiYo Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 grated pear          

Method

  1. Combine 2 cups of your favourite muesli style cereal with 2 cups water and soak overnight in the fridge – the next morning drain off any excess moisture and stir through 1 cup EasiYo Vanilla yogurt and 1 grated pear.               
  2. Spoon into a serving bowl and top with extra EasiYo, a few slices of fresh pear and/or chopped dates and a swirl of maple syrup.             
               

VARIATIONS

  • try different EasiYo flavours to get your personal favourite              
  • swap the pear for other fruits like apples, crushed berries or mashed banana
