Ingredients   

  • 180g (2 cups) any grainy cereal or muesli
  • 480ml (2 cups) water
  • 250g (1 cup) EasiYo Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 grated pear     

               

Method

Combine 2 cups of your favourite muesli style cereal with 2 cups water and soak overnight in the fridge – the next morning drain off any excess moisture and stir through 1 cup EasiYo Vanilla yogurt and 1 grated pear.               

Spoon into a serving bowl and top with extra EasiYo, a few slices of fresh pear and/or chopped dates and a swirl of maple syrup.             

               

Variations/Comments

*try different EasiYo flavours to get your personal favourite              
*swap the pear for other fruits like apples, crushed berries or mashed banana
*make this up in a large jar to save space in the fridge               

 

Serves 4 

 

Conversion: 1 metric cup = 250ml. 1 Tbsp = 15g.
